A feature where we have an option to merge tickets that came from exactly the same email address.

I would suggest if possible, adding the buyer location information which is available through eBay. Saves sellers time when dealing with I thought summer annoying where they are located if we don't ship there.

It would be very useful to organise templates so that the most popular replies appear at the top of the drop down list. If there was a function to either drag / drop the order or to use a numbering system so they appeared in order. Thanks

I love having all the buyer's name, email, details, product purchase etc, It would be awesome if you could make it so the tracking number is clickable and opens to a new window so we can check the tracking right there, and reply back to customers quickly. THANK YOU
