Suggest a new feature for Order Automation!

Shipping Confirmation

I find it disappointing that there is no option to set up automation where customers are automatically informed about shipping status without having to write a message first. Furthermore, the messages sent in German are not always correct. Some words are completely misspelled or incomprehensible.

Orders webhook?

Shopify has a webhook that I can subscribe to via their API which posts to an endpoint of my choosing when an order is placed successfully. Could you do something similar for orders which posts the order data to an endpoint for onward processing? That would allow orders to effectively be imported automatically at our end with minimal development time needed to work with each channel API individually. I'm specifically asking for eBay and Amazon but you could presumably develop them for any of your channels.
