Custom Ticket Status
I really need this. We could use a few custom ticket statuses with their own folders.
Ability to add color shades to the different ticket types to help make it less confusing.

If a buyer sends a message about an item they haven't purchased, include a "Reply with Offer" feature like eBay:

Hi! We will be thankful if by username country of customer will be specified for shipping calculation
notify seller immediately when buyer ask eBay to step in
We have 10 mins to refund and to avoid to get a defective
Crete an ability that allow other teammates see in real time when one ticket is being handled by another colleague
This will avoid two teammates handling the same ticket at the same time.
