When uploading new listings via CSV, you can now use "fallback" values as default data for empty cells.
If your CSV row does not contain data for a certain field, fill in a "fallback" field and the Import CSV will use this information instead. image

You can now use the search bar in the top-right to search by Order/Item ID, Buyer Username, and Item Title. AND, you can sort your reminder history using the sorting arrows at the top of each column.
Auto-reply to new conversations only - CRM & Helpdesk Automation

If you have an auto-reply set for CRM & Helpdesk, you can now keep it from sending if you have already replied to the buyer:

This helps keep your conversations feeling natural and only replies to new tickets.
