I love having all the buyer's name, email, details, product purchase etc, It would be awesome if you could make it so the tracking number is clickable and opens to a new window so we can check the tracking right there, and reply back to customers quickly. THANK YOU

yes it will be great that you could see the tracking status over the platfrom.

also you could sent an automatic massage to leave a feedback according to tracking number that says delivered.
