Suggest a new feature for Auto Messages!

Auto Message for Returns Opening

Hi if we'll add a new feature regarding an auto message in sense of return open by the customer, then it can be easy to handle any kind of return as per its nature (like Doesn't Fit, item missing parts etc). currently we are unable to send an auto message to the same nature of return. and we want to send them all buyer returns as an auto message in Ebay Messages. Thanks

Possibility to duplicate auto messages (content/settings)

Copy Messages and then adjust a few things manually. The copied one could be named "copied". Example: Name_Copy. Then you dont need to do it manually. Or/And the option to create message templates or mark an existing Message as a template. In that Case if you create a new message you can import settings from templates or other Messages.
