if we'll add a new feature regarding an auto message in sense of return open by the customer, then it can be easy to handle any kind of return as per its nature (like Doesn't Fit, item missing parts etc).

currently we are unable to send an auto message to the same nature of return.

and we want to send them all buyer returns as an auto message in Ebay Messages.
