Pausing Auto Messages

IS there a way, or can you make a way, to PAUSE automated messages? If I put myself on a vacation thru ebay, will the auto messages from 3dsellers still be going out to the buyers? It would be confusing to customers, getting messages that their item will ship asap so on, and then another thru the listing and ebay stating the seller is away til such and such. Thank you!

Add a trigger for when a customer clicks "Save Seller"

I want to be able to send a message welcoming customers to my weekly newsletter that I offer to send them if they save me as a seller. I can then create an automated message to tell them they've joined and let them know I appreciate it and look forward to their feedback so I can make the newsletter better to give them what they want and to feel free to contact me if they'd like me to stock a specific item in my store for them. It'll boost buyer engagement and repeat sales
