Suggest a new feature for the Orders Manager!

Send VAT Invoice

Send eBay's generated VAT invoice or upload your own to send. VAT handling Ability to set different VAT rates (e.g., 0% for exports or EU intra-community B2B sales) and add the required VAT directives (e.g., "Reverse charge", "Intra-community supply").

Invoice customization

Fully customizable invoice templates Ability to include company name, address, VAT ID, and legal invoice title (such as "Invoice"/"Rechnung"). Custom invoice numbering Ability to set and manage my own invoice number sequence. Full control over invoice content after generation Ability to make manual adjustments (e.g., change VAT rate or add specific text) before finalizing or exporting the invoice.

The VAT needs to be included on the invoice and it would be great if we could send them directly the the buyer.

Send invoice after customer purchase an item through paypal email
