Hello,
First off I would like to thank you and all your team for an amazing platform to simply our business needs. Thank you!
I was curious if you could add a feature within the automated messaging to target repeat customers. I would like to personalize a message to them for their continued support of our small business. Ideally this would trigger to replace the newly sold message.
Please let me know if this is possible as this would be greatly appreciated by not only us as a business owner but also by the customer who took their time to return for another purchase.
