Hi there, I would like to take a moment to share my short feedback about your product. and would request an additional feature. The software itself is very appealing and full of features. I noticed in this trial is - thedaily sales figures on ebay/3dseller don't match.

Within "Helpdesk", It would have been much better if 3dsller could combine different messages from the same buyer and make it a trail since we currently get multiple messages from the same buyer regarding the same order. In this scenario we currently archive the old message and reply on the newest one. If we could see all messages under one window/tab, it would definitely make out lives easier.
