I want to send an automatic message to select customers on items with longer handling times when they haven't been shipped yet and it's a couple days prior to the handling time. I.e. if Handling time is 20 days I want to send a message at 15 days.

In addition to this; rather than listing every item that has this extended handling I'd like to use tags. i.e. a Rule if tag is X.
