If someone sends me a message and then a few hours later send another message, it gets pushed to the new time of the last message sent. If someone keeps sending messages every few hours and I'm always trying to do the oldest messages first, I may never see that message. the solution to this would be to leave it in the time stamp of the oldest unread message. Please let me know if you are able to do that.
