I would like to suggest adding a filter option in Helpdesk that allows us to view only tickets that are not yet assigned to any teammate.
Currently, we can only filter by a specific teammate, but there is no option to filter Unassigned tickets.
This functionality is very important to us to efficiently manage incoming customer queries, especially when we don’t have round-robin assignment.
With this filter, we could quickly identify unassigned tickets and manually distribute them to the appropriate team members without missing anything.
