Dynamic Offer Based On Intent

Be able to create an "offer funnel" with dynamic triggers.
So that a buyer doesn't "feel like" they're talking to a robot.
ie.
- Personalized offer. Merge "first name" - possibly use the aggregated data you have internally or ability to "insert location" - so we can use message like "I can do this because I see you live near INSERT CITY" or even merge in offer price into the.
- Ability to adjust offers based on location. Shipping is different by zones so if they live closer to me shipping is cheaper, I'd like to discount it.
- Greater control on time of offer + counter offer on timeline, so it doesn't look like you're using automation.
- Ability to CHANGE offer message on counters for each progression of counter. Sending the same message makes us sound "robotic" + ability to add dynamic offer from OFFER price vs listing price.
IE. Listing $100.
First offer (buyer): $65
Initial Offer (3d): $90
Second offer (buyer): $70
Automation: If we send the same message it won't work as well vs saying something like "Let's meet in the middle, this seems fair right? Plus I see you live near INSERT city, I can get this shipped today." then send an offer of $85.
IF buyer sends another offer at $80...
I'd like to say "seriously, this is the best I can, I appreciate your $80 but $85 is the best I can do.
