So they don't get answered immediately. Perfect setup would be min to max value for the auto accept or counter with a delay of X amount of minutes / hours.

well, or at least smaller values up to 10 minutes, I need, for example, sending in 2 minutes

Yes, making it seem natural. Even ability to add name merge for previous buyers so we can call it out.

Yesssss!!!! This. So many of my Buyers miss my auto message when it's sent immediately, but 10 minutes is way too long. Any sort of delay where it's not confused as the eBay Order Confirmation. Ideally a minute perhaps? If possible, let a seller choose as it suits their business needs.
