I think there should be an option for sellers to automate their offers being sent with a fixed amount off, as opposed to just a percentage.

Or add an option to round up or down to nearest, XX9.99 or X.99. It is a simple formula to add.

YES. Use a % and it ends up at $20.01. Might as well be able to do $19.99 (looks/feels much better).

This would be really helpful for me. Generally I send offers of £1 or £2 off rather than a percentage, I prefer round numbers!
