The latest version of ebay messages has eliminated "reply with offer" from its responses. It must still exist because it is still a link in the email sent to your inbox direct from ebay, it is just not seen on the screen in current message format after you click it. I used to opt in and out of the new style to get it and use it. Many customers are emailing with "I would buy it at this price". I would like to do that just once to add a sale on that item without adding "Best Offer" directly to the listing. I believe the function is there in the background and could be added to the helpdesk. It is worth a look
