Import active & draft listings SKUs to inventory management > inventory sync and sync quantities from CSV import

Should be able to have all listings (active + drafts) in inventory sync and sync quantities from there.
CURRENT ISSUES: 
1. drafts cannot be added into inventory sync
2. no option to bulk sync all SKUs from listings to inventory sync
3. when uploading CSV, uploaded quantities are not reflected even though it said SUCCESS
