We are changing the character count position to ensure you can view all of the input text.

Sadly, the pop-up will close if you let go of click-and-hold outside of the pop-up. We've created a new feature request that our team is reviewing here: https://3dsellers.canny.io/admin/board/feature-request/p/do-not-close-pop-up-if-accidentally-unclick-outside-of-pop-up (please upvote this post to stay informed when the solution is implemented)
