Automated price drops with rules within different price bands based on days not sold

For example, if a product has not sold after 3 days, drop price by fixed $ amount or % rounded to nearest dollar in different price bands.

$0-99 --> drop $5

$100 - 250 --> drop $10

$250 -999 --> drop $20

If not sold after 7 days, an additional drop

If not sold after 14 days, an additional drop
