Currently the Promote Listings Feature does not auto update in the listing design. So if a listing X was created on a given date and promoted listings added to listing X, days weeks or months later the promoted listings in X remain and could be already sold.

Why not provide a feature to update these promoted listings?

Auto Reapply Template every Y days would suffice?
