Webinterpret is an App that automatically translates and lists items to different eBay Marketplaces. They offer an API and most Listing-Tools like InkFrog, Auctivia etc. offer some connection to Webinterpret. I don't know how many 3d-Sellers users are actually using Webinterpret. Maybe it's something to consider.
