To create this automation on our platform:
Use our tool, Feedback Reminder, to send yourself or team alerts when negative feedback is received.
Then, with Auto Messages, create a message to send when negative feedback received asking for information on why they are not satisfied.
Then, you will find the Auto Message that was sent for negative feedback in Customer Service's "Sent" filter.
You can then monitor and converse with the buyer to potentially have them revise their feedback 😀
