Mark item as shipped on eBay after sending code

This definitely needs to be addressed and improved. There is a very big problem, maybe a "BUG" and that is: if the seller selects shipping immediately after purchase and marks as shipped: Often the item is marked as shipped even before the seller receives the eBay email notification that the item has been sold and eBay detects the account as RED FLAGG and will surely be banned later or sooner. The Solution is to add Marked as shipped time: 5 or 10 or 30 min or more or less after the code is sent.

You can enable this in the Digital Goods settings: https://app.3dsellers.com/digital-goods/settings

Karol I understand how to enable the shipping in the Digital Goods settings, but I think you don't understand the problem, the main issue is being overlooked.
The system currently marks the order as shipped too quickly 99% often before eBay sends its standard notification emails to the buyer and seller. As a result, eBay detects this as suspicious activity (seeing an item marked as shipped before any confirmation is even sent out) and flags the account, which leads alwys to a ban. Therefore, there needs to be a sufficient delay before marking an item as shipped, so it aligns with eBay’s normal email notification process and doesn’t raise red flags. that's why I am asking to add a Solution for exemple add Marked as shipped time: 5 or 10 or 30 min or more or less after the code is sent.
Here’s a typical example:
- A buyer completes the purchase at 12:00.
- The seller only sees the order on the eBay dashboard around 12:05.
- The eBay email notification might arrive even later (for exemple 12:08).
The Results:
However, your system may already send out the code and mark the item as shipped at 12:05 or sometimes even before the seller sees the order on the dashboard. This creates a discrepancy: eBay detects the item as shipped before the usual notifications are generated, which it interprets as suspicious activity and can lead to the account being flagged or banned.
