Explanation how to track item with third party services if the item send by currier which eBay doesn't recognize.

Imagine this... You click a button. Then messages get sent to people who sent you an offer (but didn't buy) or bought an item. E.G. "Hey saw that you sent me an offer / bought XY on about a month ago. I'm about to hold a sale next week but wanted to see if you're still interested in getting a sweet deal before the general public. Let me know either way" Now, the buyer either responds as "No" or "Yes" If Yes, we can use the canned response or an automated message as... *Using the tools in the Helpdesk. "GREAT! Here's a special coupon just for you to get 20% OFF. Go buy now" *of course copy needs work :-) If NO, we can use the canned response to cross sell with canned response such as... *Using the tools in the Helpdesk. "Totally, cool. If you are looking for more stuff like (insert thing they bought/offer was sent)... I did a quick search in my store and found more stuff like these: Insert link - the 20% OFF sale will work on those too." I'm currently doing this... but using the "feedback" tool as an outbound post sales campaign and sending sales messages to people who left positive reviews adjusting the timeframe (you can see my account for examples). It would be very nice to have a way to create messages as campaigns to get more sales vs messages being used for customer service. It's like free money for customers who bought before because they already know, like, and trust you. Sorry for the long message! I love 3dsellers so wanted to throw this in. I do have some technical background and most users probably don't look at this tools as having a multi-message sales funnel but wanted to share this.

So for example, if I work only Monday-Friday, but decide to package some orders over the weekend then system don’t send messages over the weekend (I have it setup so orders are automatically marked as shipped when I print out the label but do not wish for the auto message to be sent until Monday).

Looking to add a function to auto message after a buyer wins an eBay auction, but prior to actual payment. The auto message could send the buyer messages to pay prior to a certain date.

eBay's tracking is awful maybe grab the tracking code and shipment courier from whatever is uploaded onto eBay and use that information to create auto delivery message because a lot of orders that have been delivered don't say so on ebay but on the tracking website they do and if you could also get this auto message sent to yourself it would save so much time.
