Need a feature that would automatically add quantity to my variable listing when quantity falls bellow a predefined amount. This is very useful when selling replenish able items on ebay that have multiple variations. Would save me lots of time from searching for low stock variations and adding more quantity manually.

ability to auto upload inventory updates on a schedule (12 hours, daily etc) so it saves manually uploading CSV files whenever there is an inventory change. The inventory file could be stored on a website, or on a local drive.

Can you do any kind of auto pricing and images like Seller Champ does?

Ability to print small labels with eBay ID number and custom field text. This will help quickly identify items in inventory and eliminate need for handwritten labels.
