Would be great feature if software could detect buyers that are scammers and leave only negative feedbacks, like this person: https://www.ebay.es/fdbk/feedback_profile/evolutionr8, check his profile on sent feedback to sellers.

while its good idea, maintaining such a list might not be a easy thing to do. Also avoiding fake flagging its a tedious job.
For now we decided not to implement this feature.
